From our mobile smoker to the enormous on site smokehouse and Jed’s bbq grill and smoke shack, we cook everything from impromptu Saturday morning bacon butties to 15 hour smoked Dexter brisket and short ribs for our Rum ‘n Ribs nights.
Spit roast pork, lamb and Dexter beef on Argentinian spits are a very visual and awesome centrepiece to a function or we also host a brilliant posh burger shack.
